Founding-client enrollment

Empower your people.
Expand what
they can do.

Your people already know your business. Give them the skills to put AI to work. Hands-on training with Hermes Agent—not to replace your team, but to help them do more with the tools now available.

Three ways to start. Clear scope. Human oversight built in.

Built around your work — not generic demosPractice with your team — not just watchKnow the boundaries — not blind automation

Choose your starting point

Your people. New possibilities.

Build confidence across a team, launch a few useful workflows, or create a private assistant around one leader’s priorities.

Foundations Series

Get your team comfortable, capable, and ready to use Hermes well.

$6,000

USD · founding-client engagement fee

4 × 60-minute sessions
Over 4 weeks · up to 15 participants
  • Capabilities, prompting, and checking results
  • Supported accounts and permission boundaries
  • Assistant roles, context, and reusable instructions
  • Scheduled-task basics and safe operation
  • Tailored examples and guided starter exercises
You leave with: a shared foundation and starter configurations your team can keep practicing with. Finished departmental deployments are not included.

Executive 1:1

A private, practical setup around your priorities and the way you work.

$3,500

USD · founding-client engagement fee

2 × 90-minute private sessions
Approximately a week apart · one participant
  • Private intake and an agreed outcome
  • Personalized assistant context and instructions
  • One feasible starter workflow
  • Refinement after a week of actual use
  • Your setup guide and bounded 30-day async support
You leave with: a personal assistant configuration tested on an agreed task, and the confidence to maintain it. Not a company-wide deployment.

Both team series include: intake, tailored preparation, recordings with consent, an organized resource library, and bounded asynchronous support throughout plus 14 days after the final session. Support allowances, access requirements, and acceptance criteria are agreed in the scope of work. Build pricing includes Foundations; it is not an additional fee.

An intensive option

Prefer a focused
five-day training camp?

The Build Series can be adapted into an intensive week. We confirm technical readiness and agree the live-session schedule and achievable build scope beforehand. Follow-up stays part of the engagement.

How we work

People first.
Tools in their hands.

01 / FIND THE FIT

Choose the right problem.

We learn your team’s starting point, tools, and priorities. Together, we choose an achievable outcome and define what counts as done.

02 / PRACTICE ON REAL WORK

Make the learning concrete.

Sessions use approved examples from your work. We explain the choices, test the results, and keep access and approvals explicit.

03 / KEEP THE CAPABILITY

Know what happens next.

Success means your people can use the tools, question their output, improve their workflows, and know when not to automate. Reference materials and a clear handoff help that capability stay with your team.

Possible starting points

Useful beats impressive.

A clearer morning

An approved daily brief that gathers relevant information and helps you decide what deserves attention.

A repeatable team process

An assistant that uses your onboarding checklist, working instructions, or company context consistently.

A report that comes to you

A scheduled research or reporting task with defined sources, a delivery destination, and a review step.

Illustrative possibilities, not customer case studies. Final builds depend on supported connections, approved access, and scope.

Before you begin

A few good questions.

Why founding-client pricing?

This is a new training offering. These introductory prices acknowledge that we are establishing the program’s delivery track record. We ask for candid feedback as we refine it. Testimonials and case studies are optional and require separate approval.

Which program should we choose?

Choose Foundations for team confidence and guided practice. Choose Build when you want agreed workflows built and tested with the team. Choose Executive 1:1 for a private setup focused on one person’s work.

What do we need before sessions begin?

A suitable Hermes installation, model-provider access, and approval to use the relevant tools and sample data. We assess readiness during intake. Installation support beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately.

What is not included?

Software subscriptions, model/API usage, hardware, travel, custom connector development, major data cleanup, and ongoing maintenance are excluded unless explicitly included in the written scope. This is not a security or compliance certification.

Will the assistant act without our approval?

Permission boundaries are agreed before connecting tools. We favor read-only access and drafts where appropriate. Sending messages, publishing content, or changing records requires explicit authorization. Scheduled workflows need a suitable runtime; schedules do not remove the need for oversight.

Is post-program support unlimited?

No. The scope of work specifies the support channel, total allowance, response expectations, and end date. Additional work is separately agreed, so everyone knows what is included.

Are you the official Hermes Agent training provider?

No. This is an independent training offering for users of Hermes Agent. It is not presented as affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nous Research.

Let’s make it practical

What would you like
off your plate?

Start with your team size, the tools you use, and one task worth improving. We’ll use that to identify the right program and scope.
